March was national Pasta & Sauce month! To celebrate this year, we had a pasta luncheon where our Residents could choose from a varity or pastas or try them all! Seafood Jambalaya, Fettuccine with Tomato Cream Sauce and Butternut Squash Sauce served on Gnocchi (Potato Pasta), with Italian Bread and yes don’t forget the Wine! We certainly had some interesting dishes to choose from this year while enjoying some excellent entertainment from Candida Rose. This was certainly a tasty and fun fill afternoon!
