The following dietary staff members are now ServSafe certified:

· Denise Bradley – Hospitality Manager
ServSafe program is completed every 5 years. All materials are reviewed during a 5-6 hour session, followed by an exam of 100 questions. Some of the topics covered are micro-world, contamination and food allergens, the safe food-handler, flow of food and food preparation, sanitation and food safety regulations and standards.
All of the materials we have learned are shared with all staff. Taking the time to explain why, when, and how we do things a certain way helps the staff to understand the importance of correct procedures of food handling.
