Changes With Your Aging Loved One

Our Support Group will provide education and support for those who are observing physical, cognitive, and emotional changes in their aging loved one.

Possible Topics Include: Assisting your loved one with maintaining independence; Visiting with your loved one in a nursing home; Advocacy in a nursing home setting; End-of-life decisions & care; Self-care

This casual event will allow for questions or concerns and to provide support for one another. We will begin at 6 p.m. and end at 7 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
