The Shaw Home cordially invites you to attend a support group entitled: 

Changes with Your Aging Loved One

September 17, 2015 at 6 p.m.

The meeting will be held in our Community Room

Our support group will be facilitated by a hospice Chaplain and social worker who will provide education and support for those who are observing physical, cognitive, and emotional changes in their loved one. 

Possible Topics Include:

-Assisting your loved one with maintaining independence

-Visiting with your loved one in a nursing home

- Advocacy in a nursing home setting

-End-of-life decisions & care

-Self-care

This casual event will allow for questions or concerns and to provide support for one another. We will begin at 6pm and end at 7pm. Light refreshments will be served.
