Individual Giving
There are several ways for individuals to contribute to the Hannah B.G. Shaw Home and its mission. An Individual gift to The Shaw Home provides essential funding for programs and services; planned giving enables you to create a lasting legacy of support; and Tribute gifts can honor special relationships or memorialize the loss of a loved one.

Gifts in honor or memory of a loved one are a special way of showing your support to the Hannah B.G. Shaw Home and recognizing an important person in your life.
Legacy Gifts
Our mission to provide the highest quality skilled nursing, rehabilitative, memory care, and residential care to lend comfort and support to families is possible thanks to the vision and forethought of supporters like you.
Consider contributing through your Wills and Trusts to continue your legacy in our community. This type of gift is also known as a “Planned Gift” and is a gift that keeps on giving, providing funds to prolong our mission. Anyone can make a Legacy Gift and help ensure the future. No matter the amount, each gift will provide a source of funding to enable us to continue to provide high quality of life and quality of care for the individuals’ who need our services. Through a planned gift, you are leaving a legacy for the life of the Home beyond your own time.
The Hannah B.G. Shaw Home was founded by a legacy gift from our benefactress, the late Hannah Bartlett Griffith Shaw. It is through her vision and forethought, and generous supporters like you, that we have been able to provide high quality service for the benefit of hundreds of individuals since February 1941. You too can leave a lasting legacy that extends well beyond your own years by remembering The Shaw Home in your overall estate or financial plans. Matching Gifts
Many companies match gifts made by their employees to non-profit organizations. If your employer has a matching gifts program your gift to the HANNAH B.G. SHAW HOME could be doubled. Contact your human resource department to see if they will match your donation. They will provide you with a matching gift form for you to fill out and return with your donation.
